you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

you retain ownership of content you upload or submit, including:

- work experience
- certifications
- uploaded documents
by using launch, you grant square one ventures a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and share such content as necessary to operate the app.
6. applications and sharing with employers
when you apply to an opportunity through launch, you authorize us to share relevant information with employers, organizations, institutions, or recruiters, including:
- full profile details
- resume
- cover letter
- supporting documents
- academic information
- contact details
launch is not responsible for hiring decisions, employer conduct, or third-party actions.
7. ai features
launch may use artificial intelligence tools to help generate goals, resumes, recommendations, or planning materials.
you acknowledge:
- ai outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
- ai suggestions are informational only
- results are not professional, legal, financial, academic, or career advice
- you are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content
8. acceptable use
you agree not to use launch for:
- fraudulent activity
- impersonation
- harassment
- uploading false or misleading data
- illegal activity
- spam
- circumventing security systems
- violating rights of others
9. suspension / termination
we may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion where we reasonably believe there is misuse, risk, fraud, legal exposure, or violation of these terms.

14. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, square one ventures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
15. indemnification
you agree to indemnify and hold harmless square one ventures from claims arising from your use of launch, submitted content, or violation of these terms.
16. privacy
your use of launch is also governed by our privacy policy.
17. changes to terms
we may update these terms from time to time. continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
18. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of pakistan, unless otherwise required by local consumer law.
